Dhaka Is a city of dreams of our general people where almost 1/3 of city people lives due to avail city facility like Professional development, Upper-class educational facility, Proper Medical/treatment facility and other Urban Living flavor. But Unexpected Fire destroys Huge Numbers of dreams which is not desirable at all from civilization.

From a statistic of Fire service and civil defence-2018 Mentioned, There are more than 1.5 lac fire incidence occurred in the last 10 years, As per the statistics only in the 2018 total accident happened is 19642 , Out of which 8461 numbers fire Accident happened in residential buildings, among that 2088 accident happened in Dhaka city, 285 accident happened in Chittagong city, and 116 accident happened in Rajshahi city, The causes of more accident happened in Dhaka city due to more number of people living and competition of uncertified building construction.

Causes of fire :
1. Not considering proper fire protection and
detection system.
2. Designed by non-certified designer.
3. Lack of awareness
4. Change of uses of occupancy class.( example: building was designed for residence but now used as commercial or factory or as store) .
5. Ignorance of fire safety issue.

Remedy of Fire Accident:
1. Use of certified engineer for fire safety designs and drawings.
2. Mandatory of building occupancy renewal in a certain interval of time. Which needs to be integrated with the government utility supply department, like: electricity, water and gas connection. Without renewal of occupancy certificate, utility connection shall be disconnected.
3. Third party certified company should be engaged for occupancy renewal process.
